Perhaps the most technical feature of this minimalist 81.00-metre yacht is the unique matt black hull. Painting an 80-metre object without any clouding is a specialist task at the best of times, but for this particular job Feadship had to examine various systems before finding the one that could do the job for this particular purpose in this hue of black. After testing it out on one of the Feadship director’s cars (!), the yard opted for a long-lasting and eco-friendly nano coating technique. It also generates a fabulous finish which the crew can retain by using the specially developed soft water cleaning system.
