This ‘lost’ 12.19-metre Express Cruiser from 1953 was ‘found’ on Dutch digital selling site Marktplaats in 2020 where it had been wasting away in a remote Dutch barn. A design collaboration between Henri Willem de Voogt and the American shipbuilder and speedy naval vessel specialist Glenville S. Tremain, Mira belongs to a series of 25 cruisers built between 1950 and 1957 for the US market. This elegant and smooth steel yacht has since been completely restored and upgraded by Feadship’s Learning & Development department in Makkum.
