During the 1972 Miami Boat Show the entire Feadship team enjoyed the comforts of a Feadship first hand while living onboard Blackhawk for the duration of the show. Her owner’s generosity in loaning Blackhawk as a Feadship display yacht for the event paid dividends, leading to, amongst others, the order of the Passage II. The owner was pleased enough with the experience to order a second yacht twelve years later: the 37.95-metre Orion.
